The Brini Rose’ has a soft salmon pink hue and crisp vibrant flavours. Aromatics of red currant and cherry. The palate displays red fruits, a bright acidity and is sugar dry. A hint of astringency from the wine’s short time on skins helps to prolong the finish. Well chilled it is a perfect accompaniment to antipasto, salads, seafood and warm summer days.
