Subtle up-front lilac-perfumed floral aromas quickly give way to more profound notes of vanillin with cinnamon & spice. Primary fruit of the forest bouquet including mulberry & cherry with a palate that displays riper dark plum & blackberry flavours with background hints of liquorice & aniseed. Finishing strong & bold with pronounced tannins that would lend this particular wine as the perfect accompaniment to any food.
