Another perfectly crafted example of Blewitt Springs Grenache. Perfumed aromas combine well with lovely red fruit concentration up front with flavours of plums, cherries & spice give this wine an almost Christmas cake type character with fruits of the forest notes in the background.
All of this is framed by subtle use of fine French oak, accentuating the fine silky tannins giving way to a lingering finish. Unctuous & balanced, this versatile food wine is perfectly suited to most dishes & cuisines but an absolute must for any roast or grilled pork.
