Vineyard update - July 2023

A big thank you to our Sydney customers for making the Good Food and Wine Show a big success. We now move on to the show in Perth from 21st – 23rd July.

Pruning is now underway in the vineyard marking the start of a new cycle. We have spread our compost and planted cover crops early to keep our vines happy and healthy.

Every year is different. If the forecasts are correct, El Nino will affect us, leading to a hot, dry year. Fortunately, we have had promising early rains, which have filled our dams.

The 2023 vintage was one of our cooler and wetter years, with its challenges with snails and mildew.

Thankfully we managed both, and we ended up with excellent quality.
